Ordering Procedure

  1. Once you have placed your order through Google Checkout™, it takes us approximately 1 - 3 days to process your order.
  2. We will need to contact you so please provide us with your contact details on the order e.g. telephone number. Once we have contacted you we will process the order and money will be transferred to us electronically from Google. Google is a secure and transparent way for us to process orders. Please expect an email receipt once your order has been processed through Google checkout.
  3. When we receive your payment we place orders with our manufacturers and work begins on making a Boot Kidz coat stand.
  4. It takes 2 to 3 weeks to complete an order. We will contact you closer to the time when your order is finished to arrange delivery.


Payment through Google Checkout™

Google is a transparent and secure way for customers to pay online merchants (such as The Boot Kidz). Once we have received your payment through Google, we place orders with our manufacturers located in London. Work begins on constructing the boots, base, and frame of your selected Boot Kidz. We keep some items in stock, but usually build each item on order.



Packing and delivery

When work has finished - the parts are checked to ensure they meet our personal high quality levels. Only then is it packed and delivered. You will receive an email informing you that your item is about to be shipped. You will receive tracking details in order for you to track the Boot Kidz' progress through the international postal system.



Problems

Should there be any delays we will always contact you immediately by email (or telephone if requested).



Cancellation of pending orders

You may cancel your pending order (orders not yet processed) at any time. The easiest way is through Google checkout. Cancel your order here. Alternatively, email info@bootkidz.co.uk or telephone call to +44-79-86-234-654, requesting us to cancel the order. We will confirm your cancellation with the main email address given and give you a full refund.



Arrival of the Boot Kidz

Please expect your Boot Kidz coat stand within 21 days of placing your order.
