It's raining outside and Topsy and Tim have to go to playschool. Mum tells them to put their wellies on but Tim refuses. Off they go - mum and Topsy with their wellies and Tim in his shoes. Tim soon discovers that wearing wellies would have been a good idea.

Her birthday was exactly 31 days ago and I have read this book in its entirety approximately 50 times!
