Wellington boots can be made in rubber, PVC, neoprene, or leather. Wellington boots have a unique style, similar to the original Wellington Boot designed by the Duke of Wellington all the way back in 1815. Wellington boots are also called gumboots (Australia) or rainboots (USA) depending on where you live.
